Beautifully restored home in the historical centre of Penne. This wonderful house is on Salita Castello in the town of Penne. In 2005 we renovated the entire ground floor including the entry, dining, kitchen and laundry areas. The work turned out beautifully as you can see in the photos. Complete home renovation in Collecorvino. This lovely house was completely renovated with new plaster and tile, new double-glazed windows etc, etc. We completed the house in 2007, and it sold within a week! Click here to see more (and larger) photos.
A new rooftop terrace. The owners loved their new house, but felt it needed just one thing to make it perfect: a rooftop terrace. In summer 2006 we built their terrace to order and now their house is exactly what they wanted. Click here to see more (and larger) photos.

Nicoletta's new kitchen. A kitchen under the stairs?! Sometimes you have to get creative when space is at a premium. In this project we removed the false ceilings to expose the original brick arches, replastered the walls and laid new flooring. Then we fit a custom kitchen under the stairs giving an "open layout" to this small apartment. Click here to see more (and larger) photos.
House renovation in Loreto Aprutino. This house was in need of a complete makover. After a new bath, new kitchen, new plaster and floors, the owners now have all of the modern comforts. With the exposed brick ceilings and a rustic fireplace in the kitchen, they also enjoy a touch of authentic old Italian charm. Click here to see more (and larger) photos.
