House renovation can be tricky business, especially in a foreign country. We are here to help you with every phase of your home renovation project whether it is small or large. Click here to see some examples of our renovation work.

For large project such as a complete house restoration...
We have well-developed relationships with numerous remodeling firms, engineers and architects. We can work with you during the design phase and help procure several cost estimates for the work. Later, should you decide to proceed, we offer project management services which include:

• Making sure the proper city approvals are in place and fees are paid.
• Help you choose building materials (tile, windows, etc) and make sure what you wanted is what is delivered.
• Being on site regularly to make sure that work is proceeding and that quality remains high.
• Sending you regular progress reports via email complete with digital photos of the work in progress.
• Dealing with any surprises that come up (virtually every old house has at least one!) by clearly explaining the issues and options, and then helping the builder quickly move forward with directions on how to proceed.
• Making sure the work is 100% finished… sometimes that last 1% is the most troublesome.

Even small projects can be difficult to manage from far away.
We are happy to help out with little jobs, many of which can be done quickly without the need for expensive engineers and architects, and sometimes without need for city approval. Examples include:

• Interior wall replastering or painting.
• Kitchen cabinet replacement or repair.
• Window and door replacement or refinishing.
• Light fixture replacement.
• Bathroom fixture upgrades or replacements.
• Minor roof repair.
• Much, much more.
