We’ll help let your house, or simply help you maintain it while you're away.

If you want to let your house, we work with vacation rental agencies and can help fill your house with revenue-generating guests when you're not using it. We can also make sure the house and property are being maintained and kept clean.

If you just want help maintaining your property we can help with that too. Junk mail piling up and making your house look abandoned? Perhaps you want those geraniums to be blooming when you arrive with friends next month?

Especially those who own a bit of land find it worthwhile to have us maintain their property between visits. For a very reasonable fee, we can take care of simple things like making sure the post doesn’t pile up at the front door and the plants are watered.

We are also able to handle larger maintenance issues such as tree trimming, weed cutting, brush clearing, etc. Even help with olive harvesting can be arranged!
